Responsibilities:

• - Edit and enhance real estate photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• - Perform color correction, exposure balancing, and white balance adjustments.
• - Replace skies and improve outdoor images.
• - Remove unwanted objects and distractions from photos.
• - Straighten vertical and horizontal lines.
• - Create HDR images and blend multiple exposures.
• - Add TV screen replacements, fireplace enhancements, and lawn improvements when needed.
• - Ensure all edited images meet company quality standards.
• - Deliver completed projects within required turnaround times.

Requirements:

• - Proven experience in real estate photo editing.
• - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• - Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
